Create a Campaign

A campaign in Devize is an initiative aimed at supporting employees through donations, well-being programs, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts. It allows organizations to plan and execute campaigns for causes such as employee health, education funds, or disaster relief.

Steps to Create a Campaign

Follow these steps to create a new campaign:

Navigate to the Campaign Page: From the left sidebar, select Campaign to open the campaign list page.
Click Add Button: Press the Add button to open the campaign creation form.
Fill in the required details: Enter the campaign name, description, exemption type, and set an end date.
Enable Employee Portal Visibility (Optional): Check the option if the campaign should be visible to employees.
Submit the Campaign: Click Submit to finalize and create the campaign.

Name	Description
Campaign Name	The title of the campaign, such as "Employee Well-being Program" or "Disaster Relief Fund".
About the Campaign	A brief description outlining the purpose, such as helping employees with medical expenses or fundraising for a cause.
Exemption Type	Specifies the category of the campaign (e.g., Donation, CSR, Employee Assistance).
Campaign Ends On	The deadline for the campaign, after which participation or contributions close.
Show in Employee Portal	A checkbox option to make the campaign visible to employees who can participate or contribute.
