Pay run history list

Pay Run History provides a record of all processed payrolls. It helps track past pay runs for compliance and audit purposes.

Viewing Pay Run History

Follow these steps to access and review past pay runs:

  • Navigate to Pay Runs List: From the left sidebar, select Pay Runs
  • Go to Pay Run History: Click on the Payroll History tab to view past pay runs.
  • View Pay Run Details: Click on any Completed pay run to review detailed salary breakdowns.
  • Download or Send Employee Summary: Perform Actions like Download or Send Employee Summary form past Pay Runs.
